The Purpose of the Young Adult Ministry Team
The purpose of the ministry to team is to do events that will minister to the young adults in our area. The team is separated into two levels of commitment. The first level consists of five key people. They are the core of the team who actually help with the prayer, planning, and administration of the events. The next level are for those who want to support what the team is doing, but can't commit like the others can.
The people who make up this team should be people that understand the relevance of what I am trying to accomplish. It is my prayer that this team is a good fit for someone looking to be more involved in our church.

Very good stuff on your blog. I like it there was a lot of food for thought. I had an idea for an event this summer. We could have a softball tournament college/career against youth. we could also have a big picnic at one of the lakes with swimming, horse shoe, frisbee, etc. Also what about a campout? These are all summer ideas.
