Something Pure

A nice cold glass of water goes down easy on a summer day. Nice clear water just invites everyone to jump in. Everyone needs water to survive, but they often insist on having water just for fun. Water is life.
Water is prized for its purity. Pure water can represent so many things that people want out of life. People want pure relationships with one another where people are who they say they are. They want clean cars, clean clothes, and clean homes. Everyone struggles to purge the impurities in their lives.
God is pure. He is clean through and through. God has nothing dirty about Him. The world doesn't seek to know such a pure God, because they can't see Him. Their senses are too limited to recognize His presence. Fortunately, people who exhibit the pure nature of a Holy God can be recognized. The world needs to see that those who claim to know Him are who they say they are and are willing to make His presence known.
